The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer-SaaS product marketing and growth innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience and team development, with specific experience in consumer-SaaS product marketing and growth innovation
• Success designing integrated go-to-market strategies and optimizing growth-marketing investment
• A unique balance of analytical skills and creativity and comfort with interpreting data, deriving actionable insights, and using those insights to inform strategic direction
• An ability to develop and retain high-performing talent in a collaborative and empowering work environment
• Balanced leadership style, possessing a high level of intellectual agility, a capacity for original thought, and the ability to define and communicate a clear vision

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated programs that create meaningful SaaS subscription and photo-product sales revenue growth for SmugMug
• Increase conversion rates by systematically measuring, classifying, scoring, and optimizing lead-generation programs and conversion funnel(s)
• Collaborate with our brand, product, and creative leadership to translate our brand voice and market positioning into effective growth-marketing solutions and campaigns
• Manage the SmugMug’s marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and return-on-investment assessments and reporting
• Design, mentor, and scale the SmugMug marketing team to ensure we meet our strategic objectives
• Develop and deliver effective go-to-market strategies and product announcements
• Invest in the success of each individual on their team, providing guidance, support, and direction
• Ensure the team dynamic is cohesive and positive and championing the growth and success of each team member
