Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Strong Product Marketing background
• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing B2B marketing strategies that have driven lead generation and revenue growth
• A great understanding of and passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain Ecosystem
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and optimise marketing performance based on KPIs and metrics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Nansen’s business objectives
• Lead and manage a globally distributed, high performing and results-driven marketing team
• Drive a data-driven approach to marketing by setting up effective KPIs and measurement systems
• Develop a strong understanding of Nansen’s target audience and customer segments, creating targeted and engaging content
• Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to develop product messaging and positioning
• Oversee Nansen’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns
• Continuously monitor and analyse the competitive landscape, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities
