Summary
TorkLaw is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join their team. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital marketing channels, overseeing content creation, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams, leading a team of marketing professionals, tracking KPIs, and prioritizing client advocacy, continuous improvement, teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus
- 2 years' experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, in the personal injury space
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficient in marketing software and tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals
- Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
