Summary

This remote US-based role requires 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and 5+ years in a leadership position. You will own Smartcar's marketing strategy, build and manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with other departments. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, managing and optimizing marketing teams
  • Expertise in inbound marketing strategies and execution
  • Strong understanding of outbound marketing, events, and demand generation, with the ability to refine and improve effectiveness
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, focused on efficiency and measurable impact
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Experience working across sales-led (SLG) growth models

Responsibilities

  • Own Smartcar’s marketing strategy, execution, and operations as a key member of the executive team
  • Come in and assess the most effective strategy for targeting the verticals of focus
  • Develop and scale inbound marketing strategies, ensuring consistent lead generation and revenue impact
  • Evaluate and refine outbound and event marketing efforts to drive meaningful pipeline growth and ROI
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering professional development and cross-functional collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives
  • Identify and implement efficient marketing programs and channels that optimize customer acquisition and retention
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track marketing performance, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning in the enterprise space
  • Help build Smartcar’s marketing team and cultivate its transparent, and welcoming culture

Benefits

  • Base salary determined by years of experience: $175,000 - $200,000
