Summary

Join Pipeline360, a leading B2B marketing provider, as their Field Marketing Director. This role involves developing and executing field marketing programs to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and partner engagement. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and optimize multi-channel marketing programs, including content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and passionate about driving growth across the business.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2B Field Marketing / Demand experience
  • Experience with in-person events including regional field events and end-to-end tradeshow planning and execution
  • Experience collaborating with Sales to develop tailored / regional / ABM go-to-market programs
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platform experience
  • Growth mindset and a team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to occasionally travel

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement localized field marketing campaigns, including in-person events, trade shows, and roadshows to drive meaningful engagement and pipeline growth
  • Partner with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, develop targeted account-based marketing initiatives (e.g., 1:1, 1:few), and provide sales enablement materials
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads by providing specific content for nurture campaigns; set up programs in Marketo, monitor account-level engagement; support overall contact database growth and health
  • Collaborate with the rest of Marketing as well as Sales to ensure events strategy enhances brand visibility and recognition within specific accounts, industries, or regions through creative marketing tactics, including emails, social posts, landing pages, case studies and blog posts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners; collaborate with Product Marketing with focus on improving customer advocacy and growing revenue
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals
