Summary

Join Coveo's Marketing Operations Team as Director, Marketing Operations! Lead and mentor a high-performing team, optimizing our Martech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, etc.) and driving campaign execution. Define the strategic direction, foster continuous improvement, and champion data quality and governance. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, IS, and GTM teams. This pivotal leadership role requires 10+ years in B2B Marketing Operations, including 5+ years leading teams, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology. Strong Martech expertise (Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, GA4) and excellent analytical and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing AI solutions and building scalable lead lifecycle frameworks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B Marketing Operations, including 5+ years in a team leadership role—ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong expertise with modern Martech platforms—particularly Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, GA4—and driving their adoption and improvement
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at all levels in complex organizational structures
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic direction and operating rhythm of the Marketing Operations team while actively mentoring and growing a high-performing, cross-functional group of specialists
  • Lead and optimize our Martech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, TractionComplete, etc.), plus run our campaign ops (emails, webinars, and more) and platform operations ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and fully aligned with business needs
  • Drive automation, reporting, and continuous process improvements—adopting AI tools and measurement frameworks to accelerate performance, improve speed-to-market, and maximize ROI
  • Oversee platform rollout, enablement, and training programs to ensure strong adoption, ease of use, and self-sufficiency across the marketing organization
  • Champion data quality, governance, and strategic reporting in close partnership with analysts and executive stakeholders—translating insights into clear, actionable decisions
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, RevOps, IS, and GTM teams—leading with influence across cross-functional initiatives, tech stack evolution, and operational alignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI solutions in marketing workflows or automation initiatives
  • Proven success in building and maintaining scalable lead lifecycle frameworks, reporting models, and governance practices
  • Familiarity with data integrations and API connections between CRM and marketing tools
  • A passion for team development, collaboration, and delivering value through operational excellence
