Requirements
- 6+ years of building and scaling marketing efforts with a focus on growth marketing and lead generation
- Experience marketing to business buyers including the C-Suite; strong ability to market to decision-makers across roles and seniority
- Enthusiastic and systematic focus on KPIs and analyzing performance, using these insights to continuously optimize marketingโs impact on revenue and growth
- Agility, detail-orientation, and ability to work with urgency
Responsibilities
- Develop impactful B2B campaigns tailored for buyer personas and their position in the customer lifecycle, collaborating with design, sales, product, and client success teams
- Design and execute sophisticated, multi-channel demand generation programs targeted at key buyers and ideal customer profiles
- Create and optimize the marketing-qualified lead process in close partnership with the sales team
- Drive growth in brand awareness across channels, including website users, social media engagement, and email click-through rates
- Own product positioning and messaging in the market, regularly progressing our positions based on competitive and market trends and product advancements
- Produce an industry-leading content program, including thought leadership, customer stories, and sales collateral; manage the Summer newsletter, blog, paid advertising, event and website copy, and utilize domain expert writers as needed
- Drive the strategy and execution of events and sponsorships, working closely with the Head of Commercial and the Sales team
- Work closely with the Client Success Team to identify and create end-user engagement strategies and collaterals
- Own revenue operations platforms including CRMs (HubSpot) and sales marketing tools
- Monitor, report, and optimize marketing and sales success metrics
