Requirements
- A dynamic leader with 8-10 years of marketing experience (preferably in SaaS) that has built and led a complex and dynamic marketing organization at a high growth company
- Deep experience building and leading demand generation strategies and delivering measurable results spanning SMB and enterprise customers
- Highly data-driven, able to make strategic decisions based on performance metrics and market insights
- Inspiring people leader with demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams across multiple marketing functions
- Exceptional executive communication skills, building confidence and trust at all levels
- Builder mindset, able to push effectively through complexity
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligning marketing initiatives to Teikametrics' business goals across multiple audiences and revenue streams
- Deliver demand generation plan and channel strategies that drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. Own demand generation goals, budget and ROI
- Shape content marketing strategies that reinforce Teikametrics' industry leadership, drive differentiation, and deliver value to our key audiences
- Build scalable customer programs focused on customer engagement, adoption and retention
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer experience leaders to deliver the greatest value to our customers
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role at a top SaaS company in the Retail or eCommerce domains
- Significant and meaningful experience implementing marketing strategies that are fully aligned with the Product Lead Growth model
