Summary

Envision Horizons is seeking a Director of Media with 5-7 years of media experience, including at least 2 years of Amazon Advertising experience. The role involves developing SOPs, creating accountability structures, and maintaining a deep understanding of best practices within Amazon Advertising. The position offers a salary of $120-150k USD, benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness days.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 5-7 years of media experience
• 2+ years of Amazon Advertising experience
• 1+ year of DSP media experience is a plus
• Proficient in Excel & SQL
• Certified in all Amazon Ads
• Certified in Amazon AMC

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs and best practices for the team
• Create a system of accountability that also encourages independence and autonomy
• Create incentive structures that motivate and reward strong performance
• Maintain a deep understanding of best practices within Amazon Advertising, Retail Media, and broad media trends
• Upsell advanced media services to enterprise clients
• Oversee testing initiatives
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate case studies
• Manage our relationship with the Amazon Ads Partner program

Preferred Qualifications

• Opinionated but collaborative
• Experience leading presentations for senior-level team members and clients
• Strong understanding of LTV and Amazon P&L
