Requirements

  • 10 Years+ in field, 5+ years Sales/Solutions Engineering experience
  • Beneficial experience/skills for the successful candidate
  • Experience working with cloud computing environments (e.g. technical sales, devops, security, sales engineering or similar role)
  • Experience in and understanding of cloud deployments--especially as relates to security and compliance
  • Experience with AWS and/or GCP. Azure a plus
  • Familiarity with modern cloud environments, e.g. containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures
  • Familiarity with SIEM or other data lake solutions a plus
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security and endpoint security solutions is ideal for success in this role or similar in markets/software Industry
  • Experience working with Hyperscalers, Channel, MSPs, GSIs, or Technology Alliances partners
  • Experience presenting and delivering technical demos to architects and technical staff
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee and mentor a regional team of Partner Sales Engineers, driving technical enablement and partner success
  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market plan with partners, identifying partnership opportunities and driving mindshare for SentinelOne
  • Technical Enablement: Own technical relationships with regional partners by delivering hands-on technical sessions, including Capture the Flag (CTF) and Cloud Security Assessments (CSAs)
  • Strategic Engagement: Lead roadmap and strategic discussions with partners, positioning SentinelOne’s value to their solutions and ecosystem
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit new partners while focusing on expanding business opportunities within existing partnerships
  • Problem Solving: Resolve complex partner concerns and provide solutions around cloud security, endpoint protection, and identity security
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals
  • Feedback Loop: Provide partner feedback to product teams to drive improvements in SentinelOne’s solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS, GCP and/or security certifications
  • Terraform/CloudFormation experience
  • Previous DevOps/DevSecOps experience
  • CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP, or other security qualifications
