Requirements
- 10 Years+ in field, 5+ years Sales/Solutions Engineering experience
- Beneficial experience/skills for the successful candidate
- Experience working with cloud computing environments (e.g. technical sales, devops, security, sales engineering or similar role)
- Experience in and understanding of cloud deployments--especially as relates to security and compliance
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP. Azure a plus
- Familiarity with modern cloud environments, e.g. containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures
- Familiarity with SIEM or other data lake solutions a plus
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security and endpoint security solutions is ideal for success in this role or similar in markets/software Industry
- Experience working with Hyperscalers, Channel, MSPs, GSIs, or Technology Alliances partners
- Experience presenting and delivering technical demos to architects and technical staff
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space
Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage: Oversee and mentor a regional team of Partner Sales Engineers, driving technical enablement and partner success
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market plan with partners, identifying partnership opportunities and driving mindshare for SentinelOne
- Technical Enablement: Own technical relationships with regional partners by delivering hands-on technical sessions, including Capture the Flag (CTF) and Cloud Security Assessments (CSAs)
- Strategic Engagement: Lead roadmap and strategic discussions with partners, positioning SentinelOneβs value to their solutions and ecosystem
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit new partners while focusing on expanding business opportunities within existing partnerships
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex partner concerns and provide solutions around cloud security, endpoint protection, and identity security
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals
- Feedback Loop: Provide partner feedback to product teams to drive improvements in SentinelOneβs solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS, GCP and/or security certifications
- Terraform/CloudFormation experience
- Previous DevOps/DevSecOps experience
- CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP, or other security qualifications
