Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Healthie's talented team as a Solutions Engineer for Customer Implementation! In this full-time, remote U.S.-based role, you will provide live support to ensure smooth platform implementation for Healthie's customers. You will guide clients through API configuration, tailor custom solutions, and build strong relationships. You'll also collaborate on seamless integrations with third-party partners and contribute valuable customer feedback to the Product team. The ideal candidate possesses at least 4 years of full-stack development experience, familiarity with Healthie's tech stack, and a passion for healthcare technology. The salary range is $120,000-$160,000 per year.

Requirements

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Be familiar with Healthie’s tech stack (Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL), as well as supporting technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq
• Understand the weight of building solutions in healthcare
• Be dedicated to ensuring that privacy, security, and compliance are at the forefront of every decision you make
• Have U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in customer calls, providing live support to ensure the smooth implementation of Healthie’s platform
• Guide customers through best practices for API configuration, ensuring they achieve optimal integration and get the most out of the platform
• Work directly with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor custom solutions that meet those requirements
• Build strong, personalized relationships to help our customers succeed and foster long-term partnerships
• Play a critical role in developing and maintaining seamless integrations between Healthie and our third-party partners, ensuring compatibility and top performance
• Collaborate closely with our Product team, sharing valuable feedback gathered from customer interactions
• Help shape the future of Healthie’s platform, ensuring that customer needs are always considered in product development and that we continue to improve the user experience
