This remote role requires developing and executing B2B2C and DTC growth strategies to meet aggressive acquisition targets while optimizing costs. You will lead marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring seamless enrollment and alignment across teams. Responsibilities include designing experiments to identify effective marketing channels, analyzing CAC and CLV, and identifying the right patients with suitable insurance plans. You will also serve as a strategic bridge between various teams, build partnerships, and assess CRM needs. This position demands a data-driven approach and experience in healthcare marketing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused position, preferably in the Healthcare industry
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans
- Expertise in online channels, including social media, email, and display advertising
- Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging CRM tools for engagement
- Ability to track performance metrics and measure marketing effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a B2B2C and DTC growth strategy to drive patient acquisition, targeting
- Maintain steady B2B2C strategy (mail & phone) while iterating on DTC channels to maximize efficiency
- Design and implement rapid, lightweight experiments to identify the most effective marketing channels, including: Mail & Phone, Field Sales, Email Marketing, Social Media (Facebook) and Structured Word-of-Mouth (WOM) & Referral Programs
- Analyze Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) across channels to optimize the marketing mix
- Develop a strategy to identify the right patients with the right insurance plans (Med Supp, in-network plans) while minimizing poor collections risk
- Identify and resolve pain points in the patient enrollment journey, collaborating with Operations Leadership. Key focus areas: Patient Access: Addressing existing barriers to care
- Polychronic Conditions: Ensuring outreach aligns with Medicare patients (75%+ have 2+ chronic conditions)
- Seamless Intake & Enrollment: Improving the first booking experience
- Serve as a strategic bridge between BD, Operations, and Supply teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
- Act as the key conduit between BD sales and operational fulfillment, ensuring smooth handoffs and coordination
- Build a strong partnership with Ops (Supply) and provide real-time geographic forecasts to balance supply and demand
- Partner with Operations Leadership to determine the long-term strategy for call center and field sales force management
- Assess CRM needs and lead implementation if required
