Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to organize large cross-functional groups to achieve shared goals, leveraging influence rather than positional authority
  • Uses data and analytics to inform decision-making, relying on quantitative analysis to guide recommendations, set strategies, and evaluate performance
  • A proven track record of mentoring and developing team members, fostering growth, and building a high-performance culture
  • Proven experience managing a team, including managers with a track record of developing and leading high-performers

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Platform Success Sr. Managers within their book of business, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to account health, performance, and market trends within your assigned portfolio
  • Lead the handling of complex escalations, coordinating cross-functional resources to resolve issues promptly
  • Drive the cadence and quality of internal and external business reviews for their book of business, ensuring they deliver actionable insights
  • Enhance Owner satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring the team provides top-tier support
  • Guide the team in providing economic and financial advice to Owners, focusing on profitability and sustainable growth
  • Support initiatives that promote organic growth and strategic expansion opportunities, guiding the team in identifying and scaling successful strategies within their assigned book of business
