Requirements
- Deep expertise in Product Management, with a strong track record of leading and scaling growth-focused product teams
- Experience in driving product-led growth strategies that deliver measurable results across customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Passion for leveraging customer insights, data analysis, experimentation, and creativity to drive growth outcomes
- Ability to thrive collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, aligning teams toward shared goals, and clearly communicating strategic decisions

- Comfort navigating ambiguity, setting clear priorities, and executing with speed and purpose
Responsibilities
- Define, own, and champion a clear and compelling product-led growth strategy
- Align cross-functional teams around key initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, data-driven decision-making, and accountability
- Deeply understand the home services industry, our customer segments, and their biggest pain points to develop high-impact product experiences that drive measurable customer value and loyalty
- Champion a rigorous experimentation culture by defining clear metrics, evaluating performance, and continually optimizing experiences based on quantitative insights and qualitative feedback
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to ensure alignment, prioritize effectively, and accelerate execution
- Ensure the product growth organization sets ambitious yet achievable goals and consistently delivers results through rigorous prioritization and execution discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in vertical SaaS or SMB-focused products
- Experience implementing AI-based applications across mobile and web
- Familiarity with modern product analytics and experimentation platforms
