Director, Product Management

Requirements

• 12+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience
• 3+ years managing PMs
• Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building
• Experience in with B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS, and/or AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Lead a major product line at Findem, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case for investment
• Own the company’s thesis for the market segment including the target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs
• Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions
• Be willing to get into the details of product choices, blockers and prioritization to enable great product outcomes
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term vision
• Prior experience with assisting or automating manual workflows
• Prior experience in recruiting or HR software
