Summary

Join Uberall as the Director of Product Partnerships and take ownership of three core pillars: maintaining relationships with Tier 1 Product Partners (Meta, Google, Apple, etc.), Directory Partners, and Publishers; developing new tech partnerships; and managing the Product Partnerships P&L. Build and manage a Product Partnerships team, developing a team strategy and hiring 1-2 ICs. Work with Product Leaders to prioritize partnership roadmaps and build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers. Negotiate partnership contracts, manage the partnerships budget, and collaborate across teams for smooth handoffs and consistent client experiences. Gather market feedback to inform product development and drive product-led growth through product-centric strategies. Develop playbooks and processes to streamline handoffs and optimize the client acquisition process.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of product management principles, with the ability to communicate technical features as business value
  • Proven ability to create and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients
  • Comfortable working across departments to align efforts and ensure smooth client experiences
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions for clients
  • 5+ years in product management, business development, or partnership roles, preferably within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships through a consultative, product-centric approach
  • Strong grasp of product management principles with a proven ability to articulate technical features as compelling business value
  • Demonstrated success in creating and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients
  • Comfortable and effective at working across departments to ensure cohesive client experiences
  • Adept at identifying opportunities and developing creative, client-focused solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Build and Manage a Product Partnerships team: Develop a team strategy to grow our Product Partnerships P&L, hire 1-2 ICs to help drive your team’s mandate
  • Help Product Management prioritize partnership roadmaps: Work with Product Leaders to showcase the value of product partnerships and ensure prioritization of partnership work is completed
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and client needs
  • Negotiate Partnership Contracts and manage Partnerships Budget: This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset that pushes deals that work for both sides of a partnership. The Director of Product Partnerships also owns the full partnership budget that they must manage
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with product, FP&A, Partnerships, and client operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent client experience
  • Gather Market Feedback: Collect client insights during onboarding to inform product development and ensure continuous alignment with market needs
  • Drive Product-Led Growth: Increase adoption through product-centric strategies, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes for clients
  • Develop Playbooks and Processes: Create frameworks to streamline handoffs, ensure consistent communication, and optimize the client acquisition process
