Join Firefly Health, a revolutionary healthcare company, as a Director of Product Management, Health Plan! You will play a pivotal role in shaping health plan products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. Develop a deep understanding of Fireflyโs health plan offerings and champion a member-first approach. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver innovations that improve outcomes and member experience while reducing costs. Work with Marketing to develop collateral. This is a primarily remote role with occasional travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in health plans, healthcare technology, or tech-enabled services
- Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions and roadmaps
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful healthcare-related products in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, etc.), data analytics tools, A/B testing, and user research methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to prioritization, launch and iteration
- Develop a deep understanding of Fireflyโs health plan offering, including key value propositions and opportunities for market differentiation
- Champion a member-first approach, leveraging user research, feedback loops, and engagement metrics to optimize plan offerings and service delivery
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to design and deliver innovations to our plan offering and operations which improve outcomes and member experience while reducing total cost of care
- Work with Marketing to develop collateral for external use & internal training
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health plan administration, provider network management, or member engagement solutions is a plus
