Summary

The Director of Product Management at Syndigo will oversee the entire product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product innovation. Ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, deep understanding of market dynamics, and proven track record in product management leadership roles within the SaaS industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS industry
• 2+ years of GDSN experience
• 1+ year of Leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to product launch and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative SaaS products in competitive markets
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies, agile frameworks, and best practices
