Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of product management experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience building, mentoring, and leading a world-class team of Product Managers and Product Leads at various levels to deliver business results
  • Track Record: Proven track record of product leadership and end-to-end ownership
  • Growth Environments: Experience in high growth environments, particularly in SaaS
  • Product Maturity: Proven success in leading product areas at different levels of maturity (e.g., 0 to 1, pre product-market-fit, hypergrowth, scale)
  • Data and Business Savvy: Strong penchant for data, business acumen, and a learning mindset
  • B2B SaaS Expertise: Experience in building and growing B2B SaaS products serving Enterprise customers

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Product Managers and cross-functional teammates across the globe
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Establish the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for your product areas
  • Product Roadmaps: Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Build alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence
  • Partnerships: Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute on a winning plan
  • Cohesive Customer Experience: Connect the dots across experiences and teams to create a cohesive experience that solves customer problems
  • Best Practices Implementation: Implement best-in-class product development and management practices
  • Effective Communication: Communicate concisely and influence outcomes effectively
