The Director of Product Management at Catalyst/Totango will lead a team to turn customer data into actionable insights, shape the product vision, and work closely with cross-functional teams.   • Experience: 10+ years of product management experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience building, mentoring, and leading a world-class team of Product Managers and Product Leads at various levels to deliver business results
  • Track Record: Proven track record of product leadership and end-to-end ownership
  • Growth Environments: Experience in high growth environments, particularly in SaaS
  • Product Maturity: Proven success in leading product areas at different levels of maturity (e.g., 0 to 1, pre product-market-fit, hypergrowth, scale)
  • Data and Business Savvy: Strong penchant for data, business acumen, and a learning mindset
