Summary

Join Hillel International as the Director of Project and Program Management, a remote role open to US-based candidates. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee special projects for the Pillar as directed by the COO, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop project plans, set objectives and establish timelines
  • Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials as needed
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders, including the C-team and leadership
  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to help prioritize tasks, manage schedule and ensure preparation for meetings and engagements
  • Lead the efforts and manage systems for tracking and reporting programmatic activities and outcomes through the creation of an organizational goals dashboard, regular project updates, and strategic communications
