Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, with at least 5 years in a role focused on enterprise ABM and demand capture within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of owning targets and driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools, esp. Salesforce and Pardot
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional collaboration and mentoring abilities
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves way of working

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and product teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies
  • Lead demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search-engine marketing, content marketing, and events
  • Optimize lead generation processes to maximize conversion rates and marketing ROI
  • Design and execute ABM programs targeting high-value accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to align ABM efforts with sales goals and strategies
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and measure lead progression and conversion
  • Partner closely with our GTM teams to create one, unified revenue generation motion
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals around ABM and demand generation
  • Foster a data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Measure KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of revenue marketing programs
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI to senior leadership
