Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and customer success. Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management. Develop and refine commission structures aligned with company objectives. Establish KPIs, analyze sales performance metrics, and provide actionable insights. Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align commercial goals with overall business objectives. Build and mentor a high-performing commercial operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or revenue management
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Strong background in sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence tools
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and enhance go-to-market execution
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and customer success
- Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management to drive efficiency and predictability. Own commercial booking forecast and communication to Executive Leadership
- Develop and refine commission structures that align with company objectives and sales incentives. Collaborate with Syndigo Accounting/Commissions to help ensure accurate, efficient, effective commissions processing and field communications
- Establish KPIs, analyze sales performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align commercial goals with overall business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing commercial operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
