Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably within the SMB space
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious revenue targets

Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of SMB Sales Representatives
  • Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy focused on inbound lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition
  • Establish and maintain efficient sales processes and workflows to optimize performance
  • Set clear goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Explore and establish strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive new customer acquisition
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle, fostering long-term relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for strategic decision making
