Requirements

- SaaS Expertise: A strong understanding of SaaS business models, key drivers, and metrics, as well as experience selling SaaS products, is essential
- Industry Experience (Bonus): Knowledge of commercial property, asset management, or leasing is a plus but not required
- Business Acumen: Ability to analyze financials, understand key business drivers, and make informed decisions
- Sales Mastery: Skilled in negotiation, deal-making, and closing contracts, with a strong sales methodology
- Effective Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences
- Adaptability: Able to juggle multiple tasks, think on your feet, and make informed decisions quickly
- Collaborative Influence: A credible and positive influencer who builds strong relationships internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent to build a high-performing team
- Mentor and coach sales leadership and team members to drive peak performance
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing, constructive feedback
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities
- Lead by example in key deals, managing top-tier negotiations
- Analyze sales metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting and assess deal closure probabilities
- Foster long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
- Participate in high-stakes customer meetings to drive deals and renewals
- Align with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation
- Work closely with Product teams to provide insights that shape product enhancements
- Utilize CRM and data analytics to track performance and refine the sales strategy
- Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales efficiency
- Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape
- Gather customer and sales team feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
- Report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and progress towards goals to the global leadership team
