Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth, SaaS environment with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and leading sales teams to success
  • Results-Driven: A resilient, goal-oriented mindset capable of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles
  • Customer-Centric: A commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, aligning strategies with long-term value creation
  • SaaS Expertise: A strong understanding of SaaS business models, key drivers, and metrics, as well as experience selling SaaS products, is essential

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent. Mentor and coach sales leadership and team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback. Develop and implement training programs
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Oversee the sales pipeline, lead in key deals, analyze sales metrics, provide accurate revenue forecasting, assess deal closure probabilities
  • Customer & Partner Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. Participate in high-stakes customer meetings to drive deals and renewals
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Align with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation. Work closely with Product teams to provide insights that shape product enhancements
  • Sales Process & Strategy Optimization: Utilize CRM and data analytics to track performance and refine the sales strategy. Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience (Bonus): Knowledge of commercial property, asset management, or leasing is a plus but not required
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze financials, understand key business drivers, and make informed decisions
  • Sales Mastery: Skilled in negotiation, deal-making, and closing contracts, with a strong sales methodology
  • Effective Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences
  • Adaptability: Able to juggle multiple tasks, think on your feet, and make informed decisions quickly
  • Collaborative Influence: A credible and positive influencer who builds strong relationships internally and externally
