Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement
  • Proven ability to manage content and learning management systems
  • Hands-on experience in training, using, and administering sales-oriented tools (e.g., Gong, Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal teams
  • Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a focus on achieving results

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the organization of learning modules
  • Develop comprehensive courses
  • Create accreditation paths for the sales team
  • Design, implement, and track the effectiveness of the sales LMS
  • Reduce sales ramp time from 6 months to 3 months by June 2025
  • Drive initiatives aimed at increasing overall win rates
  • Serve as a resource for sales teams, providing guidance on internal processes
  • Manage and optimize tools like Salesforce (SF.com), Gong, Highspot, and Allego LMS
  • Work closely with business units and GTM teams to align on quarterly priorities
  • Develop, select, and deploy training programs for Lightcast's sales and customer success teams
  • Manage, organize, and optimize Lightcast's sales enablement content and learning management system (Allego, Highspot)
  • Ensure the sales tech stack integrates with Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Highspot or Allego (Lightcastโ€™s content and learning management system)
  • Experience in selling or enabling the sales of data, APIs, and professional services
