Summary

Join a leading, global security authority as the Sales Enablement Director and lead a team to build and deliver enablement programs focused on Global and Regional needs. In this role, you will collaborate with the AMS leadership team to ensure our sales force is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and strategies they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years in sales enablement or operations, with significant leadership and management experience
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and contribute to a high-performance culture
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, coupled with experience in solution selling
  • Communication Skills: Engaging presentation and coaching style with the ability to communicate effectively in both small and large group settings
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of sales effectiveness and enablement tool stacks
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated sense of urgency in meeting reporting deadlines and achieving results

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers
  • Develop and Execute Programs: Create comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that address both global and regional needs
  • Coach for Success: Provide hands-on coaching to sellers and sales leaders, empowering them to achieve and exceed their goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, sales, SE, and other enablement teams to create a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that resonates with our field teams
  • Strategic Alignment: Work in alignment with Global Vice Presidents (GVPs) in each region to ensure enablement initiatives support regional and global sales strategies
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful sales enablement content
