Summary

Join Ontic as a Director of Sales Enablement to develop and execute sales enablement strategies, create training programs, manage sales resources, and collaborate with other departments. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales management, or related field, and proficiency in sales enablement tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP)) preferred
  • 7 plus years of experience in sales enablement, sales management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and sales goals
  • Develop, deliver, facilitate and implement training programs that equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed
  • Oversee the strategic ideation and distribution of sales programs and related materials
  • Identify, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies that enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Work closely with sales leaders, marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement efforts with overall company strategies
