Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success managing teams selling SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based solutions
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, data tools (Power BI) and CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed throughout the region
  • Operational Excellence: Strong execution of day-to-day tasks with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions
  • Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and advise across levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Own the regional sales strategy, forecasting, and execution to drive platform adoption across APAC markets
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market initiatives and customer acquisition strategies
  • Utilize data and CRM tools to track performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, providing regular reporting to executive leadership
  • Establish strong client relationships with key decision-makers in aviation, aerospace, and defense companies
  • Recruit and onboard new sales talent as the team scales
  • Represent PartsBase at regional industry events and trade shows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, or industrial supply chain industries is a strong plus
