As a senior leader, you will also manage and develop a high-performing team, build financial models, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales compensation strategy in a fast-paced, global environment, strong financial modeling skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in sales compensation strategy, design, implementation and administration – ideally in a fast-paced, global, high-growth environment
  • A demonstrated ability to connect compensation strategy to business objectives – with an eye toward simplicity, motivation, and scalability
  • Executive presence and stakeholder management skills; you’ve partnered with cross-functional stakeholders across teams and geographies and are comfortable advising and influencing senior leaders
  • Deep experience with financial modeling, analytics, quota design, and performance management
  • Strong project management and change management skills; able to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results under tight timelines
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance for a broad range of audiences
  • Experience managing and developing teams; a collaborative leader who builds trust and elevates others

Responsibilities

  • Own global sales compensation strategy, design, and execution – ensuring all plans are aligned with business goals, drive results, and reward top performance
  • Partner with senior executives and business leaders (Sales, Finance, HR, Legal) to understand business needs and design compensation solutions that drive revenue, customer growth, retention, adoption, and margin
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to operationalize compensation plans, ensure accuracy of payment execution, and support continuous improvement
  • Build and refine financial models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to analyze plan performance and support strategic decision-making
  • Partner on quota-setting processes, performance tracking, compensation governance, and plan communication across all global sales functions
  • Drive the annual sales compensation planning cycle, ensuring smooth rollout of new plans, stakeholder alignment, and clear enablement
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, partnering with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance and HR to mitigate risk and enforce policies
  • Establish and mature compensation-related policies, frameworks, and operational processes as we scale globally
