Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Proven track record in sales process optimization and driving measurable operational improvements
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • A team player with a strong "can-do" mentality and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Proven track record of optimizing processes and driving measurable improvements in revenue performance
  • Exceptional ability to navigate a matrixed organization, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated success in fostering collaborative relationships and working effectively across departments
  • A proven track record of driving change, implementing best practices, and optimizing processes. Comfortable challenging the status quo and leading initiatives to improve sales operations effectiveness. A bias for action and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities. Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in the face of change. Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment

  • Must have technical strength and demonstrable experience in configuring and working with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and other solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales operations strategy to achieve our sales objectives. This includes forecasting, sales performance analysis, and supporting GTM activities. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with best practices. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and leverage automation to maximize sales productivity. Lead a continuous improvement methodology and support a strong culture of building greatness
  • Oversee the implementation and technical administration of our sales technology stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.). Ensure effective training and adoption of sales tools and technologies. Develop and deliver sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
