Requirements
- 8-10+ years of sales & sales leadership experience, ideally in SaaS
- Proven success in scaling SMB sales teams and meeting/exceeding annual revenue targets in a high-growth or scale-up environment
- Expertise in building and executing sales pipelines, identifying new opportunities, and growing existing customer relationships
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and strong data-driven sales management skills, including funnel management and forecasting
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Value Selling) and the ability to train & develop sales teams effectively
- Strong leadership & coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high-performance teams
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of SMB Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Own the entire sales cycle, focusing on both new business acquisition and renewal/expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Build, manage, and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and strong pipeline coverage
- Formulate and implement data-driven sales strategies, leveraging sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, Value Selling)
- Use HubSpot and sales analytics tools to track performance, optimize funnel efficiency, and drive team productivity
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies and improve customer acquisition & retention
