Join our team as a result-driven Head of Talent Recruitment to lead international recruitment and ensure timely business needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment in BPO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in managing an international team
- Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1-C2) both, spoken and written
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner
- Exceptional leadership and time management skills
- Proven track record in global recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of diverse talent markets and recruitment practices
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other talent solutions to attract candidates
Responsibilities
- Strategically oversee the recruitment process within the company, workflow, and capacity of the team
- Team management: conduct regular calls with the team, training new members, conducting probationary, evaluation, and termination meetings
- Ensure the team meets the KPI monthly by delivering quality hires on time
- Execute the research of industry trends, tools, and potential markets for recruitment opportunities
- Reporting: preparing monthly reports for the team meeting, weekly status updates, and other reports by request
- Collaborate with other departments regarding strategic brand awareness, data accuracy, and open position closure
- Optimization: improving recruitment processes to streamline the hiring speed and quality
- Gather and analyze candidateβs feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in conferences and meetups to increase brand awareness, attract candidates and promote the company brand
- Planning and managing paid services for the team (vacancies, tools, etc.) according to the budget
- Updating and controlling company descriptions and accesses on job websites and other recruitment tools
- Conducting full circle of the interview process if needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in BPO companies is a plus
