Summary

Join Experian Partner Solutions as a Technical Director of Program Delivery and lead the successful execution of technical projects and programs. You will manage program delivery, develop strategies, oversee technical aspects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor team members. This role requires a strong technical background, experience in large-scale program delivery, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role, with a background in Project management, Software Development or Engineering
  • Experience leading and delivering large-scale technical programs
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to present at the senior executive level
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications
  • Ability to partner with Finance to develop, track, and align program spending to budget
  • Previous leadership experience managing a team of Technical Project Managers
  • Experience using Confluence, Asana, Jira, Figma, Lucid, Miro

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of technical programs and projects
  • Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring agreement on organizational goals
  • Oversee all technical aspects of program management, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Work "across the aisle" to align dependencies with other teams to support the success of the program deliverables
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of learning and improvement
  • Monitor program performance and metrics, ensuring timely communication with partners
  • Find and address potential risks, and develop solutions to address challenges
  • Inspire creativity and process improvements to enhance program effectiveness
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancements
