Requirements
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level programs in a matrix organisation
- Deep understanding of agile delivery and managing 10+ squads in a scaled agile environment
- Expert user of Jira and Jira Roadmaps
- Strong experience presenting program status to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Skilled in risk management, governance, and program documentation
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders alike
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and inspiring delivery excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-squad programs from scoping to release
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and critical activities
- Present clear and concise program updates to stakeholders, including senior executives, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Identify, mitigate, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate key workshops and meetings to align all stakeholders and delivery teams
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional squads, including Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Provide technical governance, ensuring squads follow engineering processes and standards
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Solution Architects to ensure milestone delivery and high-quality outputs
