Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR is required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in digital healthcare
  • Knowledgeable in payroll, benefits management, and HR compliance
  • Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles, including clinical, technical, and corporate positions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms
  • Candidates must demonstrate a strong alignment with Parsley Health's mission to revolutionize healthcare through personalized, holistic, and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, payroll, benefits management, and compliance
  • Lead and support recruitment efforts for clinical, technical, and corporate roles, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our mission and values
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
  • Build and implement people-focused programs that enhance employee engagement, foster inclusivity, and promote a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute initiatives for career development, succession planning, and workforce planning
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and support organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
