Summary

Darkroom is hiring a Director of Organic Social to build out their Organic Social team and help establish the foundation for successful growth marketing programs. The role involves managing organic social media programs, mainly on TikTok and Instagram, for consumer businesses across categories.

Requirements

• Mandatory: 1 hour on TikTok minimum per day. Actively creating content either personally or in current position with a demonstrated track record of building a following and high engagement
• Core Competencies: In-depth understanding of organic social media strategies, content creation, and audience engagement tactics. Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Analytics: Coordinate content creation, planning, scheduling, and community management. Develop social content strategies based on client's brand message, voice, objectives, and target audiences
• Strategy & Analytics: Develop brand analysis and audit frameworks, create engagement pods, analyze and report on social data, and optimize strategy based on business objectives
• Client Management: Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of organic social media in driving business objectives and fostering long-term partnerships
• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of social media professionals. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team
