Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic business partner or HR leadership role
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a similar fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in an organization experiencing rapid growth or transformation
- Familiarity with HR technology and workforce analytics platforms
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to align with business goals
- Partner with leaders to identify and solve talent-related challenges, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce
- Lead the integration of people strategies with operational goals to drive business outcomes
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with company goals, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development
- Develop and implement retention strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts, mergers, or restructures
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess and enhance team effectiveness and collaboration
- Provide insights through workforce analytics to influence decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, creating a workplace that reflects the values and priorities of the organization
- Act as a steward of the company culture, ensuring alignment with the companyโs mission, vision, and values
- Address employee relations matters, balancing empathy with business acumen to drive fair and compliant resolutions
- Collaborate with the HR team to refine and execute HR policies, processes, and systems that support a growing organization
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
