Summary
Join StackAdapt as the Director of Performance Strategy & Operations and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional performance to our global customer base. You will build a center of excellence for high-volume campaign execution, develop industry-leading trading and optimization tactics, and serve as a thought leader in campaign optimization across various channels. This role requires deep platform expertise, a passion for operations, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams. Success demands a data-driven approach, customer obsession, and a growth mindset. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates in the US or Canada.
Requirements
- 8 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on campaign management, trading, optimization or analytics
- A natural leader and motivator of people with a collaborative, remote team approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record working across organizational boundaries to get things done
- Demonstrated ability to bring teams together to solve complex problems
- Compelling ability to tell stories from data
- Proven analytical abilities demonstrated through academic achievement or work experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Energized by problem-solving under pressure
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team to execute a high volume of programmatic advertising campaigns, leveraging industry-leading measurement and optimization best practices
- Consult with Sales and Client Services to create durable growth strategies that deliver on the clientβs goals and objectives
- Develop trading and optimization best practices, including training collateral and internal resources; define the future of the trading discipline for the company and programmatic ecosystem
- Partner with Product to prioritize features and enhancements that improve the platform and maximize results for customers
- Lead process improvements that increase customer retention and increase efficiency and speed within the team
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members and cross-functional stakeholders
- Track and analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of team processes and identify areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Insatiable curiosity for how things work and a passion for continuous improvement; Six Sigma or Lean experience is a plus
- Media experience, including programmatic trading experience is highly preferred
- Vendor management experience is a plus
