Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- Proven experience in product management, with a track record of leadership and increasing responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Ability to design and drive execution of processes that will help increase the effectiveness of the team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decision-making
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices
- Previous experience managing a team of product managers
- Demonstrate ability to drive innovation, align product strategies with business objectives, and lead successful product launches
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and professional growth opportunities
- Lead and facilitate major product initiatives and launches to ensure the success of the program
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product management team
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and communicate the overarching product strategy and vision
- Work with individual product managers to align their projects with the company's strategic goals
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps that align with market trends, customer needs, and business priorities
- Ensure that product roadmaps are well-defined, prioritized, and updated based on changing circumstances
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other departments to facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle
- Foster strong relationships and open communication channels to drive successful product launches
- Guide product managers in defining clear project plans, objectives, and milestones for product development
- Monitor the progress of product initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within scope
- Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring that products are designed and developed to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional value
- Encourage product managers to actively gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product planning
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product initiatives
- Collaborate with product managers to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions for optimization
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the progress of product initiatives, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges
- Effectively communicate product strategies, status, and outcomes to various internal and external stakeholders
