Director, Product Management

Summary

The job is for a Product Manager at Sprinto, a leading information security compliance automation platform with over 200 employees, serving more than 1000 customers across 75 countries. The role involves driving product execution, feature development, market and customer insights, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, customer focus, and product metrics.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of product management experience building and growing products at scale
• 3+ years of proven leadership, managing and growing a strong PM team
• Proven experience building, launching, and scaling successful products from 10 to 100 at a product-led 200-500 people-sized organization
• Have led the build and execution of a multi-year product strategy based on a growing company’s vision
• A track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape
• Enjoy working in a remote start-up environment and can learn and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

• Drive the day-to-day execution of the product lifecycle
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define, scope, and prioritize product features
• Continuously gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage patterns
• Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points
• Monitor key product metrics
• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed product documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Lead product sprints, manage backlogs, and ensure the product development follows agile best practices

Preferred Qualifications

B2B SaaS experience and cybersecurity/compliance experience are major pluses
