Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
  • 10 years offensive experience specifically with application security
  • Deep understanding of security defenses
  • Experience in developing threat hunting programs
  • History of building and leading high performing teams
  • Customer first perspective
  • Process automation expertise
  • An analytical mind for problem solving, abstract thought, and offensive security tactics
  • Ability to articulate complex issues to executives and customers

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team that encompasses red teaming, telemetry, threat hunting, threat intelligence, and related operational aspects
  • Work closely with the incident response team to develop a new and unique Red/Blue model to enhance overall security operations
