Summary

Requirements

  • 7 years experience in B2B cybersecurity, product marketing, dev rel and/or sales background is a plus
  • Experience in sales enablement in a high-growth tech environment
  • Strong stakeholder management to partner and effectively communicate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product
  • Proficient with sales processes, SFDC and previous experience with structures like MEDDIC
  • Self-starter, go-do attitude, leading by influence
  • Excellent communication, prioritization and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Engage closely with revenue leaders , product, marketing, competitive and customer success to align enablement with company growth goals
  • Develop and execute key enablement strategies across our own sellers and resellers
  • Turn transactional selling into strategic enterprise value sales , increase average deal size, customer retention, upsell & cross-sell of new product modules
  • In collaboration with your stakeholders, drive company-wide enablement campaigns that grow our sellers
  • Extend enablement to our channel sellers , activating focus partners / resellers
  • Facilitate the onboarding and mentoring of new sellers to ensure rapid ramp-up in productivity with a strategic, value selling mindset
  • Create an always on feed of exciting and engaging content for our sales team to remain engaged, and learning
