  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of Revenue Operations experience
  • Expertise in SalesForce including creation of new fields/objects, flows, validation rules, and reporting/dashboarding (Knowledge of Apex is a bonus!)
  • Proficiency in data modeling including, but not limited to, sales capacity/productivity (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Experience using Marketo (or similar Marketing Automation Platform) including SalesForce integration and campaign building (no HTML experience needed)
  • Experience with Sales deal desk operations for pricing, MSA negotiations, and NDA agreements


  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to implement and continuously improve processes aligned with our key business objectives (forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs)
  • Own and administer the revenue tech stack (SalesForce, Marketo, Channeltivity, Outreach, Gong, and LeanData) to ensure we have the right systems, tools, documentation and integrations to enable operational efficiency across our teams
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to measure sales productivity and sales funnel performance
  • Oversee the Deal Desk function to streamline deal management and work alongside Legal and internal stakeholders on contract management for relevant deals
  • Work closely with our Sales and Sales Leadership team to ensure sales hygiene  and SFDC discipline in all GTM systems
  • Design and implement processes that improve the efficiency and productivity of our sales team
  • Help design tiered accounts (per ICP), territory and verticals for account ownership - ensure our sales team has equity in account and lead distribution
