Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven ability to build and scale a sales team, including experience in hiring, training, and developing talent
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a sales team focused on acquiring and expanding customer relationships in the manufacturing sector
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition, expansion within existing accounts, and overall revenue growth
  • Establish and continuously improve sales processes, leveraging data to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the sales cycle
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, track key performance metrics, and report on sales activity and results to the executive team
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and create a seamless customer journey
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their needs and ensuring that Amper’s value proposition aligns with their business goals
