  • Deep understanding of sales operations, including pipeline management, metrics, forecasting, and commission models
  • Passionate about empowering kids and teens online, with a strong alignment to our company mission
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and key opportunities for growth
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead business development efforts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Drive new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and expanding into new markets
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs
  • Set up and maintain sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and improve sales performance
  • Design and implement a scalable commission structure that incentivizes top performance
  • Expertly utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data
  • Continuously optimize CRM workflows and integrations to support the sales process
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure team members achieve their full potential
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to sales and customer engagement
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience

Preferred Qualifications
