Director, Solutions Engineering

Summary

Join Grafana Labs as the Director, Solutions Engineering, East, and lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers. You will be a cultural leader, fostering collaboration between sales and engineering teams. Grow the East SE organization to over 25 engineers, developing scalable processes and playbooks. Contribute to product and GTM strategy based on field feedback. Work closely with sales leadership to drive key opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about teamwork and collaboration, has experience scaling teams, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in 2nd line SE leadership
• Experience scaling teams to over 30+ employees
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment
• Experience working in open source, developer-centric GTM motions, or observability
• Extensive experience with complex, enterprise sales
• Ideally located in NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C, or Atlanta
