Summary

Requirements

  • 8+ years in financial planning and analysis or strategic finance
  • At least 4 years of management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams
  • 2+ years of operational finance experience in a high-growth environment
  • Expert in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial topics to non-financial audiences at all levels
  • Proven experience scaling teams and processes in a fast-growing organization

Responsibilities

  • Provide CFO-level partnership to our Marketing, Product, Product Operations and Operations teams, leading annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and rolling forecasts for these organizations
  • Partner with senior leaders of these organizations to drive world-class operations
  • Track key performance indicators and financial metrics, delivering actionable insights, identifying trends, and addressing risks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Strategic Finance team, fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence
  • Drive efficiency and accuracy by implementing process enhancements within the FP&A function, leveraging advanced tools and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Consulting (e.g., management consulting, strategy consulting) or banking background
