Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field required
  • Minimum of 10+ years of major account P&L sales management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing global sales operations functions and teams across multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting techniques
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including sales planning, forecasting and POS attainment
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and key business partners to ensure consistency across all regions and markets with the implementation of the Sales Excellence operating model
  • Help to execute processes that drive operational efficiency and remove bottlenecks to improve sales productivity
  • Establish best practices for global sales operations processes and workflows, ensuring consistency across regions while considering local nuances
  • Design and manage sales performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track sales effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, sales pipeline management, and territory planning to meet revenue targets
  • Partner with demand planning, finance, strategic sales, and strategic operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Serve as a key liaison between the sales team and other internal stakeholders to drive alignment and resolution of any operational challenges
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a sales operations team capable of supporting the evolving needs of the sales organization
  • Foster a culture "Obsessed with Winning" and being "Outrageously Extraordinary" every single day

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Prior experience in sales with consumer products/consumer durables is preferred
