Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in sales operations or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity
- SaaS experience is a must
- Proven track record in sales process optimization and driving measurable operational improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance tools
- A team player with a strong "can-do" mentality and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align cross-functional teams
- A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with tactical execution
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on sales strategy with the CRO and provide process improvements, and operational support
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
- Manage the design and execution of sales processes, tools, and systems to support scaling efforts
- Lead forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accuracy in revenue projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals
- Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to senior leadership, offering insights and actionable recommendations
- Own compensation plan design to ensure alignment to corporate goals
- Collaborate with Marketing for proper lead management processes, metrics and policies
