Summary

Join our Value Margin leadership team as Director of Value Delivery (MarSat) to develop an industry-leading population health management offering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive analytics and performance management of MarSat, and manage one direct report and one cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business roadmap to develop an industry-leading population health management offering
• Partner closely with other MarSat Team, Business Operations and Community Operations leaders to drive analytics and performance management of MarSat

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with value-based care contracts
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in business, finance, management, analytics, or equivalent
• Professional or personal lived experience serving individuals with complex SMI or SUD

Benefits

• $150,000 - $160,000 a year
• Eligible for a performance-based bonus
